Visual Basic Simple Booking System

Hello, I need a simple project to be made in Visual Basic, using the basic command, NOT C#. This is a assignment project for my University work, I will be using your work as a basis to complete my own so it must be in very simple coding and with programmers comments, explaining what everything does. IMPORTANT NOTE: I KNOW THIS IS DIFFICULT FOR SUCH ADVANCE PROGRAMMERS AS YOURSELF BUT I NEED IT TO BE VERY VERY VERY BASIC. I AM A FIRST YEAR STUDENT STUDYING VB.NET FOR THE FIRST TIME. THIS MEANS WHEN I HAND MY ASSIGNMENT IN IT MUST LOOK LIKE A FIRST YEAR STUDENT DID IT. THERE NO NEED TO ADD EXTRA CODE, IT JUST HAS TO BE VERY VERY BASIC! ITS BETTER TO USE THE CONTROLS THAN CODE. YOU HAVE TO MAKE IT LIKE A BEGINNER WOULD! IF YOU CANNOT DO THIS, PLEASE DO NOT BID. I need a very simple veterinary booking system website. There must a secure login system for the secretary of the site to be able to login and check available bookings made, and if necessary be able to edit or delete bookings. When a customer enters the website, he must able to register himself and his pet, sometimes there is more than 1 pet. Once registered he should have a login and password. Once customer has registered and logged in, he must be able to select from a drop down list an available time in the following format: 09:00 AM 09:30 AM 10:00 AM 10:30 AM Up until 5 PM. So 09:00 until 05:00 PM. And from a calendar view he can select, Monday to Friday. From another drop down list he should be able to select his chosen vet. So in the following format: Vet Example 1 Vet Example 2 Once customer has selected his time, day and vet, then he should make a booking. If a time has already been booked, if possible that time should not be available to select, it should be removed from the drop down list. If there is already a duplicate booking in the system, then an error message should appear saying "Booking time unavailable, pick another”. Once they have made a successful booking, then they should be able to view their booking whenever they login. There should be some simple CSS design with a master page. The database should be LINQ based only. PROGRAMMERS COMMENTS ARE A MUST, I NEED TO BE ABLE TO SEE WHAT THE CODE DOES. You will zip and send me all the files for the vb.net code, so I can open and view it myself in Visual Basic. Need it done within 3 days if [login to view URL] you cannot do it within 3 days, do not bid. As i explained I need it done in very very basic format so 3 days should not be an issue if you know what your doing. For someone with experience in VB it should not be too difficult I hope.
