Looking for excellent dubbing voiceover/director for reviewing Russian dubbed films

It’s our pleasure to introduce our project to you: We are looking for excellent actors/directors, who are Russian native speakers and understand English well, to provide Russian reviewing service for the dubbed films (including review of the projection, lip-sync, pause errors, misreading etc.), so that our Russian dubbed films could be accepted and liked by most Russians native speakers. Each of our films is around 3 hours on the theme of preaching gospel to others. It contains much dialogues. Our requirements are as follow (1) The reviewer should be excellent actors/directors who are Russian native speaker and fluent English speaker; (2) Before the dubbing, the reviewer should watch our film earnestly and be familiar with talents’ projections and characteristics. First, reviewer should help to select the suitable voice for each lead according to the casting samples provided by the company. Usually, the company will cast around 11 leads for each film before starting the recording. Yet, for different films, the number of the casting leads is a bit different. Second, when receiving the recordings from company, the reviewer should listen to the recordings carefully according to the script to figure out the issues of dubbing project, this includes, but is not limited to, missing words, added words, mistakes in pronunciation, ambiguities and mumbled words; or issues such as mistaken emotions or not enough, too much or contradictory emotions; or issues such as sentences sounding unnatural or ambiguous because of mistakes such as pauses in their delivery. Besides, the reviewer should also help to check the subtitles and walla part. In our film, God’s words and Bible words will be embedded in the subtitle area. In the first Russian dubbed film, there are around 4000 words needing to be embedded. Yet, as for the number of the words, for different films, it is a bit different. We hope you could help check whether the subtitle of the video is correct according to the script provided by Church. If there is any issue, the reviewer should make the greatest effort with the utmost carefulness to offer us the feedback which contains the detailed issues along with the exact time code in the script and how to improve it; The timeline and times of reviewing First, after the reviewer receives the samples of the talents provided by the company, the reviewer should help choose the suitable voice for each lead within 1-2 calendar days. Second, the reviewer should check the recordings and the re-recordings. How many times the reviewer will check the re-recordings depends on the times of the re-recordings. After all of the recordings are finished and be given to the reviewer, he/she should give the feedback to our church within 2-3 calendar days. As for the re-recordings that arise from the first review, the feedback should be given to the church within 1-2 calendar days. If the re-recordings are still not suitable, then provide further re-recording suggestions and feedback to the company. Once the company records it again, the review shall continue up until the video meets the standards required. However, the time of feedback is always negotiable, for we concern the quality most.
