Auto Forward Email to a Mailing List

Hi there, briefly looking at your description I think I can help, we run a local web hosting company in the UK and we get requests like this all the time, I need to know where are your emails being sent too when you get notified? an then from there you want that same email to be distributed to the list of your choice, I can set this up for you, but all emails sent to that email address will be forwarded so do you want to control it even more by sending the important emails to an address which forwards it to the lists? If we can discuss more would be great, if you already have email account such as cPanel that is even better than I can keep my bid to the lowest it can be.
