Hello,
I have a problem regarding DMCA (copyright) i have located a domain that holds a stolen copy of my website that needs to be taken offline.
I have located what i believe to be an offshore host provider that refuses to accept DMCA cases.
The domain in question was hidden behind CloudFlare's IP's and name servers with whois protected information but i was able to contact them and get the host providers details.

Domain in question will not be posted public.
I basically need someone who has good knowledge regarding copyright to come along and send some clever legal words to this hosting company and get this copyrighted material removed. :)
