Website Marketing Managers Wanted

I am requiring freelancers primarily from India (with English speaking background) that are willing to work as Business Marketing Managers for me in running my various websites owned by my investment company. My investment company will be taking care of the finances of the website (start-up, domain, hosting, marketing expenses, etc). All you need to do is run the show for me and get paid either a retainer or a 50/50 share in profits. Your skills must include being a good communicator and good web marketer because you will be running the web promotions for the website as well as report direct to me the financials of the business, etc. This is a very creative and fun role if you are interested in business ownership because at the end of the day, the business that you run for me can either be purchased back by you or we can sell it together to someone else and share the profits.
