Search the web for outdoor exercise videos for the elderly

I’m looking for content about outdoor exercise for the elderly (seniors) the content types should be– video (preferably) or written articles (if you find articles you need to make sure they are not too long and that they have enough pictures inside them to help understand the text).

The content I’m looking for is about:

Outdoor exercise for the elderly –

This should include things like outdoor exercises the elderly can do outside using things on the street or with minimum equipment they can bring from home.

Example can be - doing steps workout on outdoor staircase in a park or near your home.

Another subject I'm looking for is things the elderly need to be careful of when working out outside.

The videos should all be in line with the following specifications:

1. video quality at least 480p

2. Strong sound and slow speech which is easy to understand and listen to.

3. no background music (or low background music that doesn't impair the understanding of the speech).

4. Make sure there are no hidden Advertising inside the videos (I'm not talking about ads before the video only to ads inside the video itself).

5. Videos must be in English

6. If there are titles and texts inside the video make sure that they appear for enough time and don’t disappear too quickly so the elderly won’t be able to read them

**Please be advised that the videos are aimed at the elderly population (seniors) so they need to be slow and very clear so they can understand them correctly.

After you find the videos I will need an excel file with the following details:

1. Name of the video

2. category/sub category if applicable (Like caring for pets/dogs/walking dogs in the rain)

3. short description about the video.

4. Source of the video (ted/youtube/etc.)

5. address of the video

6. embed code for the video

7. content type (lecture, guided video, informative video and more)

8. Duration

9. Notes

10. Details about the creator of the video (name, email, phone and other details you can find about him).

Number of content types should be 20 (at least 15 videos).
