Clean laptop

I'm so sick of google, facebook, ad systems, and intrusive watching and collecting information and all that utter nonsense! What is really upsetting, is that I'll be somewhere and my phone will overhear a conversation at the grocery store, then related ads will show up on google or my facebook. Or conversations on WhatsApp end up with facebook ads for the stuff I talk about on whatsapp. I need security! Sick of this! I want unidentifiable, secure working ability. A laptop that is unmolested with all these backdoor tracking programming and watching nonsense. It may be impossible to stay anonymous. It seems even VPNs and TOR may not be up to the task. I'm unfamiliar with other operating systems than windows, which I prefer, but I will adapt if I need to. I just want all the tracking stuff gone, all google influence completely gone. I will never sign on for social media, never for gmail, never for outlook. But then I will need a secure email connection for communication... I want to be able to do freelancer.com projects, and [login to view URL] projects, but even then, since I've signed on with other computers, as soon as I sign on, it will know that this new computer is something to be watched and information collected. Work websites like these will probably not allow TOR from Spain, lol. VPN may cause issues as well. Incognito even seems questionable. Is it too much to want a laptop that can connect to those websites, and an email service that is not intrusive or watching everything I do. Or secure cloud storage!!! I'm sick of this nonsense! I don't care if it's military technology, or if I have to pay for security programs or for secure email services. Please make it stop. It would be fantastic just to have a secure laptop show up in the mail, and I start using it right away. Or clear explanation on how to accomplish all of this somehow on my own. If you're not familiar with IT, cybersecurity, etc, I can't pick you obviously.
