I had wanted to assign you the second part of this project over the weekend, but because the job was closed, my PM to you failed.

I urgently need a very competent web designer to work on the content input of my site. Mainly, taking the raw text and images into the HTML pages required. No designing or programming needed. Because of some past unfavourable encounters, I will prefer the work be done in stages. If I realise you are up to the task, I will be more than happy to assign the rest.
The first is made up of (a) 27 pages in Word, written in Tahoma 14 point font and dotted with images and 22/24 point headings.
Precise formatting is very important. Two headings will need to be written in Graphics and one page will need a border.
And (b), inserting some pre-made templates into the site. Here the templates are already done, you do nothing on them. All that is required is to create a frame and insert the templates. Two in all.
This is an URGENT work and as such “Time Wasters” please do not apply, I have had enough excuses.
I will escrow the agreed payment and will pay in full upon excellent completion. No partial payments.
If you have the competency and can handle the urgency, please let me hear from you ASAP. Thank You.
P.S. I would appreciate seeing your portfolio of previous work. No more than 5 links. It must be your own work.
