Site Optimization - Body Jewelry e-commerce site

I am accepting bids for site optimization of our e-commerce business. The site’s core product line is in a “very” competitive keyword arena. We currently rank in the top 15 positions in some of our productive key words but only in the top 50 for the main keyword. (On Google in May, this main keyword had 11,931 requests. The next related search term had 1,100 hits.)
The site sells body jewelry (a specific body part) and there are pictures of some of the jewelry being worn on the site. If un-clothed body parts offend you, please pass up this bid.
You should have demonstrated success in site optimization, producing top 5 placement results in the free areas of Google and Yahoo. MSN is a plus.
Like other mom & pop shops, we have a limited budget. Please make your first bid the best. If I change the specs, I would expect you to re-price accordingly. If you give me a bid to the specs, and the specs do not change, I also expect you to honor your bid.
I would rather not re-work the entire site if I do not have to. Your optimization, if we need to re-write, becomes my property exclusively.
