3.5 MB Word document becomes a 6MB pdf. Help! I'll pay for your idea.

Man this is not at all a problem...there are so many ebook maker available which can import doc files and create ebooks and stuffs...i can do this shit for free. Regards

I would suggest editing, or allowing someone to edit the book, condensing it to the appropriate downloadable size. I had faced this type of conflict with many books, including Sears Dovetail fixture manuscript. The manual offered no hope at 52 pages, and once I had edited it, the fixture was capable of being put together in less than an hour, the reading was understandable, and the words were not as many. The problem is that MS Word creates bloated content with styles that make the original document huge. The conversion is not simple because it must be converted into text to remove the bloated coding and then converted into HTML or rich-text format, then into pdf. I can provide the assistance but it will take a few days to accomplish with a document so large. To understand what I mean save the file from MS Word into html and then look at the document in notepad or another simple editor.
