CSS Menu Fix within iFrame

Hello, I am looking for a web design expert to fix a small css problem with a css menu within an iframe. The code is embedded within an ebay listing. Currently the menu displays correctly for some browsers however, I need it displaying correctly under all browsers. There is a small cap between the frist category in the menu which inhibits traffic viewing the drop down menu. Project objective is to have the menu functioning correctly in all browsers. This will be checked at completion. Only apply if you have an extensive knowledge of css and html. Budget of $30. Vida IT
