I am looking for someone to develop the fine details of my website.
I will be providing various services for mortgage industry professionals.
I will need databases set up on my site. I don't know anything about PHP or SQL, so I need something fairly easy to change and maintain as these various data bases will change frequently.
I also need to have user logons and a directory or file for each "member" or client. Each one will have different documents and files that are accessible to them.
I need all of this to be as simple and affordable to manage as possible.
I currently have a very basic site on tripod. I am also signed up for hosting service on Omnis using Linux but I can change to the Windows base if necessary.
I don't know any HTML so I don't want to have to worrry about how to edit my site.
I have two domain names as well, one with Tripod/Lycos which I can't transfer unless I pay some outrageous amount, and the other with Omnis which I can transfer.
The Tripod account offers five subdomains, which may be handy to create the various sites I need. The Omnis does not, but does offer password protect for files, however I have no clue how to use this at this time.
I also want my website to be informative to the general public and to serve as a marketing tool as well.
Eventually I will be offering training materials (CD's and Manuals) for sale on the web in addition to various services, so this will need to be addressed as well.
I need to get this up and running very, very soon.

I recommend an open source system. I will install and configure e107. Open source is good because you get world wide support and you can make changes to gain your own custom look. Send PM for more details.
