Complete Basic Wordpress Site

Current site is developed from a purchased Wordpress template. Due to time constraints, we do not have time to finish it and make it look professional.

I am looking for a web designer to finish where we have started. We require approximately 10 basic pages of text and photos to be uploaded and styled like the demo site (see below). The template came with many impressive shortcodes that can be utilized. Positioning and resizing of logos will also be required. Please see website in it's current demo form here:

c. Replace Blog Categories with Cloud Choices with links to the following pages
