Graphic for E-Book, Logo and Landing Page

My client has created an e-book on Weight Loss and Management which has an accompanying spreadsheet with it and is wanting to market this over the internet. This project is required urgently and my client isnot too concerned if some other creation is used and modified for this purpose. The work required to be done is: * a stunning graphic in the form of a book or box as the product consists of a PDF book and Excel spreadsheet * A logo (using an existing logo from the parent company as the starting point) * A single web page, using the graphical content from the first two steps. The single web page will be the page the potential customer sees when they click it on so it needs to capture their interest immediately and compel them to complete the Payment form * A sign-up form (does not need to be database driven at this stage) as the information can be sent back to the client in an email but my client has an existing MSSQL database and their own website hosted on Windows Server 2003/ .NET 2.0 * the sign-up form will have a PAYPAL pay now button (my client has a merchant account with PayPal) * A payment received form which will then download the zip file to the customer. * An email back to the client to advise that a sale has been received or if possible, some method to update a counter and enter the cutomer's name and email address (could be taken care of through sign-up process) This project requires to be completed within the next 1-2 days therefore when bidding please ensure that you are able to complete the work in this time-frame. There is the potential for more work dependant upon the quality and delivery of this project. My client is on a very limited budget but has promised that should sales of this e-book prove popular then there is the potential for a bonus payment to be made.
