569471 Web Design Website - Short Term Project + Long-Term Benefits

Hi everyone, Thank you for your interest in my project! I'm looking to develop a homepage for website that will offer primarily web design and development services. I am looking for designers and developers to work with in order to supply these services and develop a long-term relationship. Ten Pages: Homepage, About Page, Web Design Pricing Page, Web Design Information Page, Portfolio Page, Graphics Design Pricing Page, Graphics Design Information Page, Online Marketing Page, Contact Page, and Free Quote Page The website needs to work in all major browsers. In addition, the site needs to be integrated with Paypal for payment processing, integrate opt-in forms, and integrate the Zopim chat software. I've attached the rough design and basic layout that I am looking for, but I'd obviously like a much more refined design. The color scheme that I am looking for includes black, yellow, and white. I am open to any suggestions and I'd appreciate your feedback.
