Website needed for a maintenance company

My partner tried conveying her thoughts on this and didnt get the response she wanted. So I will give this a go. I will try to be clear in my needs. I need a simple website for my pool cleaning business. Enclosed is a example I found a templateshut on a website I liked. I have to be able to edit this in Microsoft front page. Easy html for me. I NEED A SAMPLE MOCK UP BEFORE I CAN ACCEPT YOUR BID. I do not have time to go through your portfolios as much as I would love to that is why your mock up is essential to me. I will write and insert the content, so do not worry about that. This is my company information that you can use so far. What I didn't like was the girl lounging by the pool. You can find something different as pictures go. There is a million pictures of pool water and swimming pools etc. on Google image search. Also look at the ones I attached. I do need the ipssa logo in there. note this is a woman owned company no pictures of men cleaning the [login to view URL] I want the pages to fit the screen across/ I hate scrolling. Hope this gives you a good baseline of my needs. I need this asap and will accept your bid once I see the mock up first. Without a mock up bids will be rejected. Please understand this. Leah S.
