Build an Online Store

We are building a web / app e-business store with: 1. Front end for users (clients), affiliate partner, 2. Back end for admin staff, and management It is a basic web shop with standard features like: - flexible 2 layer multi-catalogue shop front - membership and reward point (based on completed order amount) - multi-currency - multi-language - shopping cart - flexible 3rd party payment via PayPal, AliPay, etc. - flexible 3rd party courier service, plus standard postal delivery - similar products, tags, etc. Some advanced features including: - Affiliate partner commission (based on completed orders) - Supplier management module with statistics - Management reports on accepted confirmed orders, outstanding order, and completed orders with incremental status updates - Management reports on product sales and statistics - Private User-to-Admin chatroom and history The system will need to run on both Web (PC) and App (Mobile) platforms and must be in Modular Design format with help and design documentation. This is a job more suitable for an experienced team and not an individual specialist. Please bid with reference to similar completed applications and give brief suggestions to your approach to the system and its design. We are open to suggestions in terms of platforms, designs, and methodologies. We would like to see the basic system up and operational within 6 weeks, but would accept suggestion for development in multi-stages provided the core functions are available in the initial stage. This could be a long term relationship as we expect to hire a professional and competent partner to help manage and update the system in the next 24 months after initial product launch. Additional Project Description: One other module we need: - A Coupon or VIP Discount module in which we can assign different discount or coupons to users or orders at will; coupons must have expiry date; a complete listing of past, active, and exercised coupons should be available to management. Requirements from developer: 1. A company profile or profile on the development team / organizations work references 2. Proposal before project confirmation: to prepare System Design proposal, System Data Structure, Applications Layout 3. To prepare project management file with project timeline and status 4.
