Fertigstellen eines Online Stores

The goal ist to get online two webstores based on magento. Two template have already been implemented in Magento. Finalisation and customization hasn't been done by the company in charge. Products are almost all pasted into the webshop. Webdesign hasn't been done. They have been working on my project for 9 Month and there's nothing ready. First of all there should be a short analysis to get a status quo from whom we can set up the timeline and effort to finish the projects.
