I need a website to be redevloped. Provide suggestions for improved traffic, retention and seo.

1. Redesign website so that it is crisp, clean and easy to navigate. Reduce the clutter.
2. Allow subscribers the option of a creation of an email service with the extension being @[url removed, login to view] so the retention rate will be higher, it can also be used as an effective financial homepage.
3. Create a weekly newsletter blast.
4. Lots of dead links on site.
5. Create online videos in addition to audio, radio is dead, print is dead, tv is on the decline, online video is the new standard. Post trading videos on web and youtube to get links back to the site.
6. Aggregate a live news feed to the site with live commentary.
Create an investopedia like dictionary of financial terms.
9. Clear dead ads on bottom of page.
10. Create signup screen when people click on morning report, stock picks, or future articles link to get that lead.
11. Create a live chat function so users are engaged
12. Build reputation data statistics based on your recommendations for people to see.
13. Keep the website simple and easy to navigate,
14. Add a comments section to each article or news release so users can engage and comment on their opinions. Keep the site interactive.
15. Write original content about financial news and economy to get people to the website. Structure as a financial opinion authority site and publish on websites such as yahoo, ezine, articlesbase, google, Ideamarketers, digg, reddit to link back to the website.
