Online store with jQuery.paralla

We are a team of students/new graduates starting a online cloth/t-shirt business in the DMV area. We are looking to have an e-comcerce site build by July with specific development milestone along the way. You will be working with two persons specifically during this project: the site designer, who will outline the site structure and functions needed for the site, you will talk to him to decide about the details of implementations; the graphic designer, who will work with you to design graphics needed for the site. We will choice an existing e-commerce template to start with, and you do not need to worry about the purchase of this template and associated cost. Skills required: 1. Ability to customize e-commerce site templates(ex. osCommerce) to completion. 2. Webpage Design skills: HTML, aspx(preferred) or php; CSS, jQuery, SSL, javascript are a must; flash is a plus. 3. experience with jQuery.Parallax. We are looking for something similar to [login to view URL], however there will be a section for showing off products that will definitely need some customization. 4. iOS development is another plus and may lead to another project we currently have. Site Functions (may or may not have templates): 1. shopping cart system (SSL needed) 2. User database, with ability to track orders, refund orders, etc 3. Admin function of checking product sales information, including number of sales, time of sales, etc. 4. webpage design using parallax We are looking for someone with the right skills who we can hopefully work with in the long term, as we may expand the scope of the project depending on how well it works out. A DMV locals is strongly preferred, but not a determining factor over skills.
