PSD to Magento, Zencart or OSCommerce

What I am looking for: PSD to Magento, Zencart, OSCommerce or any other popular shopping cart of your choice, as long as the finished product looks and feels as the attached screenshots and user friendly. At completion, I will require the following: 1) Shpping Cart Installation on our server. 2) QA and Testing, W3C validation. 3) Installation Documentation. 4) Full source code for future modifications. No ads of your company on the finished script. 5) Full ownership to use the script at our sole discretion. 6) Free of charge Lifetime bug fix. 7) Ready to be integrated with any Payment Service in the future. 8) The whole site will be in English and Spanish 9) NO product population will be needed. What the shopping cart should do: 1) At the moment there will be no payment done online, what I want is to receive an email with the final order, and we'll process it manually. 2) The user MUST be logged in order to be able to see the product price or add them to the cart. Unregistered users will be able to see products but no prices.
