WordPress Site Performance Issues - WP Expert Required

We have a large and complex WordPress site that is having performance issues. The hosting company has taken the site down twice in the last 2 weeks (due to high CPU usage), its just gone down for a second time after we thought we fixed the issue.

I would like to hire you to review the website and suggest solutions, code improvements and perfromance enhancements to help us make the site more efficient.

The site has (amongst other things) a directory on a subdomain, buddypress, ecommerce, events espresso plugin, membership site plugin, aweber credentials capture and alot of content and users.

We need you to be a WordPress EXPERT. Dont bother to bid unless you have years of experience using and coding for WP.

Please bid for 2 days (16 hours) worth of review and analysis time.

This is the error message we have been getting now the site is down:

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
