I am need of a webdesigner who's familiar with HTML.
The project that I need help with is a currently 90% finished site. I need
someone who's familiar with HTML. There is one thing that I cannot do
to be able to complete my site and be able to publish.
WHAT I NEED IS VERY SIMPLE FOR SOMEONE FAMILIAR WITH HTML.
To be specific, I need:
1. A browse button that will open a file window and allow uploading of
files to my site for me to download.
I will also need someone to upgrade my current site after it gets published (refined).
I also own 3 other domains which will need to be built at a sooner but later date.
I'm working on a very small budget but, would be willing to compinsate the quallified individual if necessary to keep all parties happy.
