Wordpress Alterations to [login to view URL]

Website fixes/changes:
- Get background to be fixed, no repeat scrolling. So content rolls over the background without background moving.
- Get [url removed, login to view] (or just /category in general) to look like [url removed, login to view]
- On blog roll (/news etc) get widgets working on either side of blog so can see other blog entries, ads, links etc.
- Get widgets for advertisements/project wonderful etc either side of description/blog post on comic. But not around the comic itself.
- make clicking comic page goes to next page. Clickable comic (why does this not work with comic easel?)
- Investigate why quick edit option does not work in post uploads.
- Make menu tabs resize so that if extra menu item is added they all stay on one line.
- comment input box seems to appear like small square rather than decent sized rectangle.
