1. Similar to [login to view URL] on the look and feel, grid view and rendering 2. Button on the top-right header to add a listing 3. A new page/form opens on new listing button click. Fields - title, description, image, location(drop-down), tag, expiry (1 month, No expiry), info box to let users know how to add description to their listings 4. On page/form submit, data is stored in db. Listing is added for admin approval. 5. Once approved, listing shows up on the home page in one of the boxes similar to above website. 6. Each box should have social share button. 7. On clicking the box, opens up listings page which should have comments section where only registered members can add comments. 8. Members can register through a registration page. Spam filter and high scrutiny need to be made on registration page. Only locals within Australia can register with a local phone number and email. A code will be sent to registered mobile number, which the registrant has to key-in to complete registration. 9. Search can be made through search box - should be able to search listings based on text (single, multiple) in description or tag. Listing boxes appear based on typed text similar to above site. Eg:"sydney room" should display all room listings in sydney based on location selected and tag used. 10. Filter through location (location selected in the drop down). Location should appear below search button as a link. 11. Listings shuffled on page refresh. Listing box should have title, description, image if any, location and tags. 12. Admin should be able to add listings, enable featured/standout listings, able to add ads or announcements similar to listings box but different style, set an expiry date, extend/hide a listing after expiry. 12. Design should be all major device and OS compatible. Rendering of page and listings should be fast. 13. Terms and conditions or Privacy policy page, Feedback/Sales page.
