Build an Print Shop from Design

Hi, I had another post up but due to some people being slightly confused about the project I have decided to post a new project so people can put honest bids in. Anyway I need someone to bring my design of an online print store to life. I have all the photo's, prices and the pages mostly designed although they may need a few alterations here and there There are currently 5 products (leaflets, posters etc) however they have many variants i.e paper thickness and quantity. I have all the variants in either pdf or excel form. I have designed how I want the pages to type of look in illustrator. Although the exact design can be changed a bit to fit with what ever shopping cart programme/theme you will use. The shopping cart software used would be mainly up to you as you are the professional. I hear woocommerce is good however I am open to your opinions. I have the domain and can sort hosting myself. What the website is: it is a online print shop that sells leaflets, posters, letterheads etc that are printed using the artwork provided by the customer. What the website needs to do: It needs to be able to allow users to go on select the certain product they need i.e. leaflets and then check out. After check out there would need to be a upload feature so I receive the customers artwork so it can be printed. Their address and what they have bought must also be visible to me of course. The website does NOT need to track parcels that have been shipped. Ideally there needs to be a account feature so the customer can look at what they have bought. There does NOT need to be any online design things like some other websites. Attached are two pdf pages of what I would like the website to look like and are there to give you a better idea of what I need.
