Create a Mobile Website

PLEASE DON'T BID UNTIL YOU UNDERSTAND MY PROJECT AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS! I own a Real Esate website [login to view URL], and believe that both Desktop and Mobile versions can be improved. I would like for the website to be more responsive, and would love to find a way for the mobile version to work even better than it does now. I feel that my site uses 2010 technology, and I want to make it 2017. Please look at the site and try different functionalities like Map Based Search. Try adding listings to Favorites and adding/removing comments. If you think you can improve what already have, I would love to work with you! Please send me a message and let me know what can you do. I am not looking for anything cheap. I would like my website to be super easy to use, while keeping the complexity of all search options that it currently has. I have a programer who can help if needed. He is good, can make anything I need. But I feel there are newer and better ways to do it. Please place a big of $999.
