Design Changes for 1 page

I want this done NOW!! This site is in cakephp [login to view URL] Only focus on the right side of the page. 1. See the spiral leaf image? reduce the size by half. 2. See the "follow icon" to the right of the top 420portal? reduce the size by half. 3. See the gray box behind all the comments? reduce the width about 1/4 and increase the height a little. 4. See: 420portal How High are you right now? For this section, I want to move this above the top comment below. Also, when you edit, I don't want a max character amount and display the comments below from 1st to oldest. I want all 420portal font size to be the same size as the comment font size. 5. See the heart, comment and save icons? Add a divided line above it. 6. See the post link? Delete that and when you click enter on your keyboard, it will post. 7. change 420portal usernames and comments font size to the font size of the top 420portal size. 8. move the flag to the right side of the gray box and have it leveled with the "follow" icon. 9. When you sign in and edit your description or comment, delete the "save description" & "post" icon and have your enter key post the comment. **This design should be the same for pc and mobile.
