Finish/Fix the product filter functionality on our Website using Jscript/Jquery

Finish the "connection" between the UI of our product configurator page ([url removed, login to view]), and the Mixitup Plugin ([url removed, login to view]) which animates the search results. A temporary connection does already exist, the filters work somehow but there are some big bugs in the design that prevent it from work properly:
Primary Tasks:
- The "Search" form, the check-box filters and the range sliders do not work together,
this means that the values set by range slider are discarded if you set another filter.
There are three functions in the script, each is responsible for its own filter type (checkbox, search form, slider) but they do not work with each other. This has to be fixed, all filters should work together on the same results. Fix what we have or write the part of the code from scratch. You will find the filter-relevant code starting at line 330 of the [url removed, login to view] file.
Secondary Tasks:
- The page will display more than a hundred products, even now we have performance problems with the animations especially on firefox. Write a fix in Jscript (Jquery) to add the "display:none" parameter to all ".mix" elements that are out of view. This will prevent the browser from rendering the animations on objects that are not visible. Place the code into products.js.
- Check everything for further options to speed up the code, check the page especially on firefox to see what i mean. What can we do to make the animations smooth even on slow browsers ? WE USE [url removed, login to view] AS OUR ANIMATION ENGINE, NOT JQUERY.

- The page is written by hand, without the use of any CMS systems or frameworks. Pure JScript, HTML5 and CSS.
