To complete the prior Mapping data base with ifriends710
1. One team will do the UI work on the web landing page and necessary UI on the control panels, map headers and side bar format on both the web and map UI.
2. Team Two: convert and improve a prior .net data mapping program to linux format. Along with converting code, improvements shall be made on format and efficiencies and scalability.
3. All problem issues from the .net code shall be corrected in the linux upgrade.
4. A server shall be made available to load, trouble shoot to a prototype level.
5. The functional prototype shall be scaled to a beta test level and then a subscriber level.
