The solution includes property management system, channel manager, and a booking engine. HotelONTHEGO is designed to assist the owners of small and budget hotels in Malaysia to sell their rooms online, and thus can increase room revenue. Small and budget hotels that are not able to pay a high commission to third party booking or Online Travel Agents (OTAs), since they only have small number of rooms, will benefit from this system. Most of the hotel budget in Malaysia do not have their own hotel website.
HotelONTHEGO will help the local and international tourists that planning to travel to Malaysia to find and reserve the hotel rooms according to their preference and budget for the accommodation. We ensure that the small and budget hotel can afford to adapt to the home-grown integrated for cloud based hotel management solutions in Malaysia. Our business goal is to become one of the leading consultant firms providing a cloud-based hotel management solution in Malaysia. We also aim to grow our business to the international market. We target to expand our market to our neighbouring countries e.g.; Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia and Thailand by the year 2020.
HotelONTHEGO also provide mobile apps that will be comfortable with all the handheld devices such as smart phones and mobile phones. We will ensure that all of our hotel mobile apps be able to download easily from the three mobile app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store and Windows Store).
