MBC Ventures is a new real estate investment company based in Washington, DC. Our current investment project includes a property in DC and one in Miami. We seek savvy investors for this and future projects.
We created our website using Net Solutions, but we realize that we need to improve upon the site and our image. The current site is found at www.mbcventures.com. Our newly designed site should include but not be limited to the following:
• Email access
• Access for us to manipulate and edit information on the site
• Links to related sites
• A flash introduction page
• Pages for the Current Project, Market, Company Management and News
• Clear and logical navigation
• A method of providing more information to our customers
• Interactivity (optional)
Our company strives to be innovative and investment savvy. Our motto is "Building Assets While Building Communities." The website should be professional, attractive, upbeat, informative, innovative and captivating.
We're very eager to receive reasonable bids and to begin this work. Depending on how fast an agreement is reached, we'd like to have the site completed by the end of this June.
