We need a website about 25 pages, to be converted to Mobile First responsive website. The website was largely developed using static pages.
Please note that:
1) The URL structure needs to be maintained AS IS as the website had been well indexed by SEs.
2) The resulting website should be compliant with latest standards such as HTML5 and CSS3 3) The website should work with desktops, laptops, smart phones (both Android and IOS), iPad, and other mobile devices and support all major browsers
4) The website is built with custom admin login. All pages including admin/member pages need to be converted.
5) Except for conversion to responsive design, the appearance, and functionality of the website needs to be maintained AS IS.
6) The converted site should be Google and other search engine friendly
7) Initial payment only after showing satisfactory results. In addition to the above, please specify the payment terms.
