Need help with woo commerce issue I can't solve

When I click place order, the page does not redirect to a thank you page. It just lessens in opacity and becomes unclickable. The orders do go through as I check on the paypal or stripe accounts. (both in test mode at the moment). I've searched for hours, spoken to developers and still no issue. Please help. Or how would I make a custom redirect page to fix the issue?
