New site, Ecommerce

I am about to launch a site to sell cell phones and other technology goods.

I am only going to accept paypal. I would like to have a simple system to upload picture and information to have it listed onthe site.

I am looking for total design with logo, hosting ideas , ecommerce that links to paypal and a simple listing design. Please send portfollio with bid.
