I would like help creating an online scheduling link i can share with people trying to schedule meetings with me. I haven’t found an available scheduling platform that can handle my specific scenario, so I thought I would offer it up to the freelance coding community and see if this is doable.
Goal: I would like to stick to a 4-hour per day meeting limit across all of my calendars
Details:
- I have two Outlook accounts that I use for work. I get frequent calendar invitations to those email addresses and would an online scheduling platform to sync with these two accounts
- I would like to limit my availability to 4 hours per day of meetings maximum—to include all meetings on BOTH Outlook calendars and any meetings scheduled through the scheduling platform.
The scheduling platforms i have reached out to thus far (Calendly, CalendarHero, AppointmentPlus, SquareScheduling) cannot offer this. They can only adhere to limits in the number of meetings/event types scheduled through their platform. I want the 4-hour limit to include meetings scheduled through the platform AND both of my Outlook calendars.
This has to be doable! Can someone help to code this? How much would this cost?
