Looking for experienced HTML & CSS web developer to finalize code for a Responsive Hero image at the top of home page, with text overlay. This is for an HTML5 and CSS website. This is full width image background with image and large text. The text must be in two colors and two fonts. This will require an H1 tag with a class, plus a span class for the H1 tag. There is also a "More Info" button below the text. I have included image and code snippets. Specifications: CSS and HTML solution with no Javascript Modify existing code to an H1 tag with span Do not alter existing CSS; any new CSS will go in the <head> </head> area Text must scale to iPhone mobile device screen size and iPad Image must scale to iPhone mobile device screen size and iPad Both image and text must be 100% responsive Must be full width 100% on desktop screen up to 24 inches No FOUT on load Must work properly in Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge / IE, Safari, Opera. Dolphin is optional. I have a sample image, an existing website for your inspection, HTML file, image file, CSS file(s) available. Willing to pay $25 for approximately 1 hour. I have experience with HTML5 and CSS, however do not have time for this project. Please do not respond unless you have experience with designing and developing responsive images. Thank you.
