Need to redesign an existing web site and store switch to new Wordpress template. Want the front page to be full screen image and internal pages more text with smaller imaging and less scrolling.
Need shopping cart to tie into Paypal and SQUARE payment for payments.
Already have community posting/blog area
Already have access control - log in / password system / membership approval
Need Mailchimp integration
Need members only photo album - members can upload photos to be shared with the group.
Most important - need a manual on how to change inventory on shopping cart.
Web Site Rework
1. The site was placed in a folder on the server labeled 2013. This causes the URL to read [login to view URL] The year should not show in the address bar of the browser. This will need to be corrected.
2. Streamline the registration process that integrates with the mailchimp system so both systems are synched. Add a captcha to the sign in system.
3. Build shopping cart and transfer all of the items from the CAMP page to the shopping cart. (Members only)
4. Connect shopping cart to paypal and square
5. Set up receipt system that sends documents out with receipts with some of the items after purchase
6. Update WP template
7. Add new photos – mix some old photos in to rotate
8. Choose one style of photo to photo transition
9. Add projects page with donation buttons (Public Access)
10. Add volunteer spread sheet / embedded Google doc or database to manage volenteers
10. Provide guide to:
a. Upload and change photos
b. Change inventory and prices
Notes: The site has pages and items available to members only and also projects and donation buttons anyone can use. HOME, VISION, SCHEDULE, PROJECTS and CONTACT are public pages. CAMP and COMMUNITY, VOLUNTEER are members only.
The home page should be visually driven and full screen photos. All other pages should be clean and easy to read and navigate without a lot of scrolling with small photos. All text should be uniform and easy to read and navigate.
The shopping cart should be integrated into the CAMP page.
I do NOT like how the COMMUNITY page is stacked under the camp page. These should be separated.
