Web Site-Tax Preparation Online

I need a web site for online tax preparation, no flash, no banners. This will be a "sales" type site promoting online tax filing as an affiliate of a national tax vendor. Clients will click through to the vendor's site using text links and/or the vendor's supplied banner. The site will consist of the following pages: Home; About Us; Services; Privacy Policy; Internet Links; and Contact Us. The designer should be familiar with online tax preparation in general and especially in sales and promotion. I need a site that will attract customers, and most importantly, the search engines.
