I have a software for debt collection that works in low plataform. This software was developed with delphy and the data base is sql. This sftware has custommer clients that have debts in credit cards companies, banks, and other industries. Has different modules like letters, call center active and passive, locate, personnal collector, MIS, strategies of collection whwre we can decide for each company and each product when we will collect by letters, phone, exeternal collector, lawyers and others. The action change automatically depending ig the custommer payed or not.
First of all I want to put this solution into the web where the custommer could put his ID and the software goes to the data base and offer differents options of negotiation. After the client define the better solution the system give a option to pay in the bank (this solution I have in the system and I need to create the front end.
I put a littel presentation but is in portuguese.
I want to put this solution in the web in november . After this first phase I will define next steps.
