dynamic web installer (application) C++ & JavaScript

In general, the application to be developed is a web-downloader application written in C++. The idea of this web-downloader is to move the control of the download- & installation process out the compiled application and delegate it to a server-side controller. On start, the application requests a file containing the downloader workflow described by a JavaScript controller and delegates the remaining process to this controller.
