Server, Desktop, Network IT Support

Contract position to provide IT support to existing customers.

Managed IT Services Provider looking for Experienced, independent Windows Server/Systems Administrator Kaseya/Labtech and Connectwise experience a BIG Plus!

Professional Attributes

- Windows Server experience (2003, 2008, 2012)

- Microsoft Exchange Administration Experience (2007, 2010, 2013)

- Extensive Windows Desktop experience (XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8)

- Knowledge of internet firewall and Ethernet switching in a business environment.

- Virtual Server Experience (Hyper-V/VmWare)

- Good hardware experience and ability to build/troubleshoot Intel-based or DELL servers

- Solid troubleshooting ability and able to prove/document your work.

- Proficiency in: GP's, Basic TCP/IP switching and routing and firewalling knowledge, security and AV/Malware applications in an enterprise environment.

Personal attributes

- Flexible Schedule

- Should own basic tools computer, phone, internet access

- Must be able to prove experience.

- Self-learner, self-starter, work unsupervised

- Personable and can work well with end users

- Good communication AND documentation skills, keeps smiling and cool under pressure.

- Works well with a team.

- Willing to undergo required training as necessary.

- Certifications: MCSE, MCSA and related vendor certs and specialties (experience and aptitude are desired over certifications).

- Linux and Mac experience

- Terminal Server and Citrix Metaframe/Presentation/XenApp Server experience

- DELL AppAssure Backup Software Experience

- Experience as an independent consultant

- WSUS servers, Server monitoring technologies, log parsing

- VOIP experience

Excellent English Written Skill is an Absolute MUST!
