WindowsFileManagement->StoreJPGS_into_unique_folder(filename)

I have a folder with JPEGs that are uniquely names such as "P26-KingSt-Before-02" or "P43-ChurchSt-Before-02" and these need to be moved into their own unique folders. The file will have upwards of 200 photos and these all need to be stored within sub folders that are created; the sub folders should be named after the initial "PXX-" characters, such that jpeg P43-ChurchSt-Before-02 will be stored into the ChurchSt subfolder. The program should run within a "Networked location" ...I can open up a powershell within that folder... NOTE: I quickly tried to make a python script to do some folder manipulation and was unable to access those files.
