Add Wordpress to html site for blog

I have a html website that I've created and continue to update in Frontpage 2003. I would like to add Wordpress as part of the site, so that I may blog on it. I do NOT want to replace the html site -- just add a blog. The site is hosted by Earthlink and they have been very little help in helping me get Wordpress set up on the site. I have tried to set it up myself, but just don't have the knowledge. I suspect this is very easy for someone that knows what they are doing, but please take a look. You can see the site at www.penroseproductions.com. I do have a blog page but it is entirely done in html on the site -- a page like any other. I want Wordpress for all the obvious reasons. Once the site is up, I can install the theme and plugins. If you look at the page and can 1. install Wordpress 2. test the site to make sure all works well 3. warn me of any issues I may have in accessing the blog part or installing plugins or themes, I would love to hear from you.
