Fix wordpress site. Jquerie issue, or something else - repost

Hi, our website [url removed, login to view] is suffering from an error.
It is wordpress based. and the theme is metrolo.
The problem is some links are not displaying.
Footer info is not showing.
Also on some pages there is only the wordpress link showing and not the actual data.
Like Forum is showng [MingleForum] and not the actual forum.
Or like Site map is showing [html-sitemap deth=3 ] instead of the actual sitemap info.
I don't know what caused the issue yet and I don't know how to reslove it. I had such a problem previous and then someone fixed it it was something with Jquery. But he didn't explained me proper so, I still don't know what is wrong.
Can you fix it?
