Woocommerce Email Autoresponder Setup

I'm seeking an expert who can effortlessly set up an email autoresponder for my Woocommerce store.
I have about 100 customers who ordered. I need to send an email to all customers with their name, order number, date of order. I have not chosen an autoresponder/mailer for this task yet but will take your recommendation. The main thing is to send the email out. It should only be sent to customers whose order is Processing and not completed, refunded, canceled etc.
Primary Requirements:
- Knowledge of popular email service providers used with Woocommerce, as the service provider has not yet been chosen.
- The autoresponder should be set to trigger a mass email.
- We'll be targeting less than 100 customers to start, with the possibility of expanding the audience in the future.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Preferably, some one who has experience creating similar automated email systems.
- Excellent understanding of mass email campaigns and Woocommerce.
- Able to commence immediately and work within a specific timeframe.
