Wordpress Submissions Category Tracking System Website URL and Images for this project will be supplied to the freelancer A submissions category tracking system that does the following: PHOTOGRAPHERS DASHBOARD - Shows Cover Images for the Tearsheets and Print Links instead of just a text link (added via admin panel) - Shows all categories for a magazine, one selected by user default to orange (pending) ones not selected or disapproved are red. when the set is published to a specific mag the admin makes these green (completed) The Photographer cannot edit or alter the categories from their dashboard directly. The Add Magazines feature will still work as normal, so a user can request to make a category pending (orange) if approved by the admin. - 3 rows for the categories, and in alphabetical order - 2 rows of images for the tearsheets and print links, if there are several this extends the box down. - Bottom Bar is either Orange - Publishing in Progress or Green - Publishing Complete and a little side color bar of orange or green is next to the main photo. ADMIN FRONT END PAGE - Please fix this to show all magazines, and remove download buttons, with a show completed option, unticked by default. CATEGORY VIEW - Download buttons removed - Show completed optional tick box, unticked by default - each image set has its corosponding category color tag to show its status. (green or orange) Reds do not show. - Admin Only can click on this colored box to change its status. Orange, Green, Red (Changing an item to red and refreshing the page causes it to disappear from that category view) PHOTO SET PAGE Shows the categories and color tags for that photo set down the side, this is editable, and by the admin only. ADMIN DOWNLOADS PAGE Here the admin can Add in Tearsheet Cover Images, and preview that the Photographer sees for "Preview Tearsheets and print links" Admin can see all of the categories for a photo set and the color tags, orange, green, red. and clicking on the color changes it. Orange > Green > Red ... > back to Orange ------------------- Please note this websites media library is integrated directly with Dropbox if this website is duplicated it may cause major problems with this system, do not copy the website. TASK LIST AS AGREED 1) Show the status of category Selected (Yellow) or Not Selected (Gray) by PG , Rejected (Red) or Approved (Green) by Admin to PG in his dashboard (design image shared) NOTE: PGs can't change the status. 2) Show the status of category Selected (Yellow) or Not Selected (Gray) by PG , Rejected (Red) or Approved (Green) by Admin to Admin in his dashboard (design image shared) NOTE: Admin can change the status. 3) Allow admin to upload images for Tear Sheet as well as Print (for each category approved) 4) When an Admin user Login, at the front-end there is a Link "Front-End Admin" here admin was able to see all photos uploaded by PGs but it have broken by our client about 2 weeks ago. 5) For "Front-End Admin" section, when a category is clicked we want to show the image set of that category which are only Yellow. 6) From "Front-End Admin" section, we also have to show the category publish status on Image Set detailed page (design provided by client). Admin also should be able to change the status from here as well.
