need a script to import, parse and convert an Excel file to a valid XML file based on the requirements found in this document:[login to view URL] we will be importing about 50 - 100 records at a single time. The xml file needs to escape certain characters when values (single quote, double quote, ampersand ). Attached is a sample excel file. this script can live and run locally on a windows vista machine or on a Linux/ LAMP server. 100% payment on delivery of working script

We take two days of testing and development and two days of interaction when you are testing. One question: A large number of the tags in the xml have no corresponding field in Excel. So you will have to decide what values those fields will be set to. Regarding the language: In vista it will be more convenient to use VB (you will have to specify the excel file name.) One question : In LAMP server how will you give access to the Excel file? We are lowering our bid. Please see PMB
