Need someone experienced in understanding complex XML schema documents and creating XML documents based on XSD document. This deals with health care interoperability and PHR (we want all CCHIT requirements dealing with CCD should be completed for this project). Experience with CCHIT requirements for CCD/HITSP/C32/ specifications is preferable.
Will pay on an hourly rate until you understand the specs more clearly and firmly. Project involves working with us intercatively on an as needed basis (on our system remotely).
