We're looking to develop a truly advanced candidate information processing and standardisation technology, to integrate with our e-recruiting solutions to perform sophisticated resume/CV data parsing, extraction, standardisation and normalisation processes in seconds.
The Extractor component should return candidate information in a standard, structured format. The component will be embeded in our existing HR systems and will:
· Built entirely in .Net Technology using VB.Net as the programming language and MS SQL as the database
· Automate conversion of MS Word, .PDF, text, html, e-mail-based and other common formats to a single structured format
· Eliminate the need for manual data entry and automatically handle any volume of incoming resumes/CV.
· The Extractor component should be able to import bulk candidate information from an existing database and support a candidate-friendly application process.
· The Extractor component should limit virus exposure and allows us to identify cover letters included in resume/CV documents and remove and store cover letter data for later use.
· The Extractor component should be accurate.
· The Extractor component should be comprehensive and can accurately processes over several data formats.
· The Extractor component should be intelligent.
· The Extractor component should flexible.
· The extraction technology should produce data output in text, rtf, html, or XML-format that conforms to the latest HR-XML schemas.
· The Extractor component should fast. Sub-second processing time per resume.
· The Extractor component should have flexible integration options
